You can achieve this with Bucketing [LINK] . This high level overview [this video] is an excellent starting point. You must have the 'Create and Customize Reports' AND 'Report Builder' user permissions [LINK] in order to achieve this. This link [LINK] shows how you can add a bucket field on a report for the status field on the lead object. Once you have bucketed the lead status field, you can simply change the report type from Tabular to Summary and group on that bucketed field to get the count of the different lead statuses. From that, you can build a nice report chart and, if required, use the source report as a dashboard component on a dashboard.

You can always create -one picklist for Region -one picklist for Country and then set field dependency. [LINK] If your requirement is grouping only pertaining to reports then you wont even need a new controlling field, you can directly create bucket on the Country field. [LINK] [this video] Cheers,

So far I know, Bucketing is done based on the values of selected field. So, if Data.com Key is null , it cannot be defined as Other . And most importantly, Bucketing is good when you have fixed or limited set of values (just like picklist) where based on picklist values you can define bucket values and unbucketed values will be mapped to Other . Here scenario doesn't fit for that. You can define a formula (text) field like: IF(ISBLANK( Jigsaw),'Other','Data.com bucket') and use this formula field as Group by in Summary report. This can be achievable. Approach will be as follows Create a matrix report. Create Bucket field for Stages (Inquiry, Marketing Qualification, Sales Qualification) and name it as different stages Create Summary formula naming %drop off , specify row/column grouping level as Owner and different stages formula will look like this: RowCount/PARENTGROUPVAL(RowCount, OWNER, COLUMN_GRAND_SUMMARY) Finally, put column grouping as different stages and row grouping as Owner . I have used this kind of concepts in one of our case reports where cases has been grouped into duration by case owners with %issue closed.
