Consider using AnimatedPositioned inside a Stack. You can the play with the values of their position (top, bottom, left, right) and sizes (height, width). Here is a video the flutter team made: [this video] Consider this as just one way to do it, there are many ways.

From your description, I believe you want to create a Computer Vision application, which is not as simple as drawing rectangles on top of a video source. You'll need to use some algorithm to analyze each frame and identify your target objects. On the other hand, due to the lack of the exact description, and since you just say you want to draw rectangles over a video, it's not as hard as it seems. All you need is to use a Stack widget and place the video widget as the first element, and use the Positioned element to draw one or more Container (s) or SizedBox (es) with a default red border, where their position and size are based on some animation controller. The animation can be directly link

I don't know what is AdvancedSegment, use instead AnimatedPositioned [this video] onValueChanged: (value) { setState(() { _value == value ? ChatPage() : ProfilePage(); }); }

I would combine those two: 1 - AnimatedPositioned [this video] - to move the widget by some offset 2 - AnimatedRotation [LINK] - so that you can turn the rotation while it is moving
