@OmarYacop You have to look at the function and see what it is expecting to get, and then pass that. I think you'd really benefit from going through some tutorials on the basics of Flutter/Dart, here is a good basics course video: [this video]

I've built a quiz app on flutter dart with the help of this tutorial: [this video] In addition to this, i want to change the background color of the final screen which simply prints a message e.g. "You're good" ,"You're average", "You're bad" based on the final score which gets calculated with each selection of the answer (through the button click). My questions, answers along with score are: class _MyAppState extends State<MyApp> { var _questionIndex = 0; // ignore: non_constant_identifier_names var _total_score = 0; String getText = ''; final _questions = const [ { 'questionText': 'What\'s your favourite color?', 'answers': [ {'text': 'Blue', 'score': 10}, {'text': 'Red', 'score': 5}, {'text':

I am new to flutter and I am trying to iterate questions with their options. The questions have a separate Widget and answers has separate. There are multiple answers to the questions so I am trying to use map on it. I am following the [this video] course but I don't know where I went wrong main.dart: import 'question.dart'; import 'answer.dart'; /*void main() { runApp(MyApp()); }*/ void main() => runApp(MyApp()); class MyApp extends StatefulWidget { @override State<StatefulWidget> createState() { // TODO: implement createState return MyAppState(); } } class MyAppState extends State<MyApp> { var questionIndex = 0; void answerQuestion() { setState(() { questionIndex += 1; }); print('Answer Chosen'

I changed the path and it seems to go through just fine. I check with the echo command. Then if I use which flutter on the next line or anything else it says flutter not found. The touch ~/.bash_profile command, also says command not found: flutter. Even if I type the command clear it says zsh: command not found: clear. I'm following this tutorial [this video] at the 23 min mark. My terminal just doesn't seem to work. I apologize if this has been discussed before I wasn't able to find anything that works.

I watched a video tutorial for learning flutter and I encountered an error using the map method, can you help me fix it? This is the link of the video I watched and followed along : [this video] This is the code : import 'package:flutter/material.dart'; import './question.dart'; import './answer.dart'; class Quiz extends StatelessWidget { final List<Map<String, Object>> questions; final int questionIndex; final Function answerQuestion; Quiz(\{required this.questions, required this.answerQuestion, required this.questionIndex}); @override Widget build(BuildContext context) { return Column( children: [ Question( questions[questionIndex]['questionText'] as String, /* answerQuestion(Named function) is
