Bit of a strange issue: I've created a Google authentication option in my Firebase project, but after having created it I can apparently no longer change the public-facing name, or the support email. This is the user interface I see after I click the "pen" icon to edit the Google authentication settings: There is no option to change the public-facing name or the support email (which there was when I was adding the auth for the very first time) [LINK] However, I can see from this Youtube video [this video] that I should be able to do so. From the video: [LINK] Deleting the Google authentication option and adding it anew doesn't change anything: I just get the same window as in the first screenshot

I'm trying to create in my Android app login function with a Google account via Firebase (using the tutorial: [this video] ). Unfortunately, I have a problem because the program shows an error in the beginSignIn function in oneTapClient. Do I need to import this function into my file or implement something in Gradle? This is my code in GoogleAuthUiClient.kt [LINK] (I'm using jetpack compose) ;)) I tried to implement gradle from the guy's tutorial file and I tried to look for a solution on the internet.

A lot of answers to the topic but the majority are relevant to Firebase and even if I tried with or without Firebase I received the same generic error Exception com.google.android.gms.common.api.ApiException: 10: Developer console is not setup correctly. . The problem: Using any build (debug, release) and while we have CI-CD to deploy and distribute the app via AppCenter everything works great in all environments (test, production), but, as soon as we release the app in Google Play Console or use the App Bundle Explorer in Play Console to upload the AAB and download the APK to test locally on a device, Google Sign-on doesn't work. Now while banging my head after 2 weeks of research and tryin
