$webMaster = 'tamiroffen@gmail.com'; I assume this is the address where the emails are sent to. From what I've heard, PHP mail() function doesn't work for gmail(if it's on the receiver end). I Followed a simple tutorial from mmtuts [this video] on YouTube and uploaded my html and php to my website at dougcannonbio.com [LINK] , my website that I'm trying to make. Just starting out with a template before I put out any details to make sure that they all function.
