I can't access a stores getter for some reason. File structure: /store/index.js /store/modules/auth.js store/index.js import Vuex from 'vuex'; import Vue from 'vue'; import auth from './modules/auth'; Vue.use(Vuex); export default new Vuex.Store({ modules: { auth } }); auth.js import Vue from 'vue' import Vuex from 'vuex' Vue.use(Vuex); export default new Vuex.Store({ state: { token: '', status: '' }, mutations: {}, actions: { [AUTH_REQUEST]: ({ commit }, {username, password}) => { return new Promise((resolve, reject) => { commit(AUTH_REQUEST) axios({ url: 'authenticate', data: {username, password}, method: 'POST' }) .then(resp => { const token = resp.data.token commit(AUTH_SUCCESS, token) r

I have defined state as a global variable in store file. So it should be accessible everywhere. Note that I followed the project setup from this tutorial, which seemed nice and modular: [this video]

I'd recommend learning about state management using Vuex. Utilizing Vuex you could dynamically load the list of notes that you want to display. You could write some actions that would get the list of notes you wanted to display, this could be passed the variables required for your request. Once received the action will commit them to a variable in your state. You can then create a getter for your notes which will be used in the components that need access to the notes. This will dynamically update like a computed function import http from "../../axios"; const state = { // list of notes notes: [], }; const getters = { // notes getter allnotes: (state) => state.notes, }; const actions = { asyn

I am referring [this video] to build my first Vuex application. This is a 2018 tutorial so my main.js looks a bit different. I am using Vue 3.0.2 (as shown in Vue developer tool). This is what my main.js looks: import { createApp } from 'vue' import App from './App.vue' createApp(App).mount('#app') So, I made changes to this file in order to match what is in the tutorial: import Vue from 'vue'; import App from './App.vue' new Vue({ render: h => h(App) }).$mount("#app"); But this gives me the following console error: Uncaught TypeError: vue__WEBPACK_IMPORTED_MODULE_4__.default is not a constructor I ignored it and went ahead with the tutorial. According to the tutorial I created store/index.js fil
