What it is
A 3-minute product demo from Scope AR showing its Remote AR app on Microsoft HoloLens. A field technician shares a live view with a remote expert, who adds 3D annotations such as arrows that stay anchored in the technician's space.

How interaction between users can be done using ARCore. As can be seen from this video both the person on call can put objects Arrows on same screen which is visible to both [this video] . But as I understood from ARCore code is that rendering on surface is done by camera itself, so how the remote side person is able to add objects to video which is visible to both? Is some AR related information is exchanged and then both the side devices render objects based on that information?

I am able to capture the frame. As you can see in this video [this video] , remote side is also able to interact with AR environment. How to achieve this functionality wherein two users can interact with the same frame but only one is actually capturing it?

Thanks nerk.... In multiplayer example, different devices focus on same object, like TANK example, both devices focus on same table. But my requirement is when both users are in different locations. As can be seen in this vide link [this video] video call is made but both users are at different locations. So how this can be achieved using ARCore. (Both user placing object on same scene and those objects are visible to both.

I have been working on and exploring ARCore for the past few days. I saw this video [this video] from Scope AR. I noticed that they are freely rendering the arrows wherever they touch (ex: on the engine). From what I have understood , you can only render at points or planes identified by ARCore. My question is how they are rendering the arrows without even knowing if that point(where the person taps on the screen) is actually identified by ARCore?

After watching watching this video of AR remote support for HoloLens [this video] I decided to try to do something similar but with Android and ARCore. The things was going fine until I try to do a feature shown at 2:01 which is basically getting a "screenshot" of a specific moment, draw or insert objects on it and then convert it in AR Models. I tried to retain an instance of the Frame [LINK] however later when I try to simulate a HitTest [LINK] I receive the following message: FrameHitTest invoked on old frame, the previous state of the system is no longer available. Returning empty list. So my question is: is there another approach I can try to simulate a later HitTest or it's not possible usi
