I would like to understand what solutions there are to perform object detection using a single almost identical reference image on a picture or in an augmented reality setting. To be more specific: I want to detect flat (i.e. 2-dimensional) and mostly rectangular objects. I have a database with "perfect" reference images (high quality, full frontal, exact colors, no alterations, etc.) of the objects to be detected but I may have only one reference for each object. I am talking about things such as logos, famous paintings and playing cards so the reference will have exactly the same content, shape and proportions as the object. From my understanding, the only difference between the object and

I'm using vuforia to create a 3D popup/interactable gameobject using Unity 2019.2.8f1 for the Hololens 1 (MRTK package: Microsoft.MixedReality.Toolkit.Unity.Foundation.2.2.0). I am trying to get a slider (from MRTK) to popup when the hololens looks at a QR code in the real world. I've followed the instructions/guidance as per: Setting up Hololens MRTK 2.0 with Vuforia in Unity 2019.1 [LINK] & [this video] . When simulating the application in Unity, i.e. hitting the play button, the application works fine (it's slightly jittery - but that's just vuforia). When I build and deploy to the Hololens however, I get a kernelbase.pdb not loaded error. More specifically, the error is as follows: Exception

( [LINK] ) I tried following this tutorial but since it's from 5 yrs ago not everything is exactly the same [this video] Tried re doing whole AR set up, restarting my computer and making sure i followed the tutorial correctly. I would really appreciative your help since i need this app to pass my class at uni. And please explain how to fix it as you were explaining it to a 7 yo. Thank you, a tried art student
