Yes, you can integrate 3D Touch and SpriteKit. Using the default SpriteKit game project template (Swift), set your GameScene to be a UIViewControllerPreviewingDelegate and implement the protocol's methods, like this: public class GameScene: SKScene, UIViewControllerPreviewingDelegate { public func previewingContext(previewingContext: UIViewControllerPreviewing, viewControllerForLocation location: CGPoint) -> UIViewController? { return UIViewController() } //Pop public func previewingContext(previewingContext: UIViewControllerPreviewing, commitViewController viewControllerToCommit: UIViewController) { return } } In GameViewController.swift's viewDidLoad , add the following: if let scene = Gam

I'm trying to implement the 3D quick action for my iOS app. I've managed to add the quick actions and want to open a viewcontroller in my storyboard. My root controller is an UITabbarController. Inside this I've an UINavigationController. I've followed this tutorial [this video] Then I want to open a search view in the appdelegate and I tried to do it like in the tutorial. I'm using objective-c to create the 3D touch shortcut menu. I have followed this example [LINK] of how to do it and looked at swift tutorial [this video] of how to implement this but still having issues with it. The shortcut menu shows perfectly however upon tapping one of the items it takes me to the home page of the app and not to the view i have specified. Below is the code used in my app delegate - (BOOL)application:(UIApplication *)application didFinishLaunchingWithOptions:(NSDictionary *)launchOptions { // Check API availiability // UIApplicationShortcutItem is available in iOS 9 or later. if([[UIApplicationShortcutItem class] respondsToSelector:@selector(new)]){ [self configDynamicShortcut
