What it is

A five-minute screen demo by Éderson Machado de Lima showing a Python script that keeps localized iOS storyboards in sync with the base storyboard on every build. Views added or removed in the original are added or removed in the other languages, while existing translated strings are preserved, for both iPhone and iPad storyboards.

You might find this video tutorial here useful: [this video] The approach is to have a separate storyboard for each language to localize, then let a script take care of propagating the changes you make in the original storyboard for all other languages.

I'd guess there is no Apple-approved solution to this. Here's another possible solution though: Python Script [LINK] Demo Video: [this video] .

Here is a really great tutorial for automating changes from one storyboard localization to all the others: [LINK] [this video] From what I gather, the solution involves adding a python script to the end of the build that syncs the storyboards and generates string files. Go to the links for a more detailed solution. They said it better than I can.

If you just have a new viewcontroller you can copy/paste, but if you have a lot of new changes look at this video [this video] and read the description too, the guy created a python script that changes other storyboads according to the base storyboard you select, adding new items to the other localized storyboards. I tried some time ago and worked.
