ElectroBoom has a great video that goes in depth about the electromagnetic spectrum, what 'Ionizing Radiation' is, and how EM interacts with humans, and is entertaining enough to keep you watching. [this video]

The sun beams down 1 KILOwatt of light (50% infrared, 40% visible, 10% other) to every square meter on the ground. Most of the infrared and much of the visible light is absorbed by your skin. Your WiFi router on the other hand has a power of 50-150 MILLIwatts, and won't let you set it higher because that's illegal. And your phone etc. run at around 15 milliwatts. I guess if you built a ridiculously high powered WiFi antenna (which would be illegal) and stood next to it for a while, you would cook yourself. But BT/WiFi ain't gonna do shit to you. [this video]

> Why do we even need 5G it seems like there’s always something, whether real or tinfoil, risks and unknown risks, so at one point do we decide that what we have is good enough? Because it consists of non-ionizing EM waves, the risks of which are very well understood. [this video] And if you're concerned about the amount of non-ionizing EM waves in your environment from these 50 wi-fi networks, you should never go outside, since the sun is constantly blasting you with ~1,000,0000 GHZ-frequency electromagnetic waves, at an energy flux of ~1300 watts/square meter. It's half a dozen orders of magnitude more[1] energy than those fifty wi-fi networks are putting out. They aren't even a rounding error.
