I couldn't find a way to change the app's name in Firebase so I deleted the Firebase Google Plist file and started a new app with the preferred name I wanted. I also had to change the actual iOS app name and bundleID. Before you begin this make sure your doing this on a copy and you have a backup of the original because if anything goes wrong you'll be sol. You also want to make sure that you know which pods were initially included in your project before you changed the name because your going to delete them all in step 6 and add them back in step 8. To start the goal was to change my app's bundleID from com.specialsauce.Special Sauce to com.pizza.Sauce which automatically give me the name I

I have a project on TestFlight and I tried renaming it using the steps from this video on youtube: [this video] After archiving and trying to upload this to the test center I am getting the error: Missing IOS distribution signing identity for Name. Xcode can request one for you. This app uses the Icloud. I'm not sure if I have to change anything there or not. I have tried using the old tables(old name of project) and the new tables(new name of project).

I have strange but probably quite simple problem with rename Xcode project. I did everything like this guy show on this video [this video] So I change project name in identity and type, change schema name, change app folder name and I change location of files to new folder. I also change properties in build settings and everything seems to look ok, but I have this error when I try to build app: Apple LLVM 8.0 'myPathToProject/oldProjectName/newProjectName/main.m'Error clang: error: no such file or directory: This directory don't exist. I don't know why xcode looking for main.m file in this no existing directory and I don't know how and where to add a correct path to the main.m Any ideas?

I recently changed the name of an iOS app of mine, or more exactly the name of an Xcode project. I am using Xcode 8.2.1. The old name was OldAppName and the new one is MyApp. I followed this video: [this video] as a basic guidance. The result is not bad, because I successfully changed the name of the project. And the app is building and running with a new name. But I get some annoying warning like the following: file:...MyApp/OldAppName/AppDelegate.swift: warning: Missing file: ../MyApp/OldAppName/AppDelegate.swift is missing from working copy If I search for OldAppName under Xcode I don't find anything. But if I run the following command in the terminal (in my project folder): find . -type f -ex
