I had found this youtube video to be a good tutorial [this video] The other reference point would be opencv documentation for image processing. [LINK]

I am learning opencv with [this video] this tutorial and I arrived at part 3 (resizing and rescaling). Towards the end he creates this function which should be better for live video. The function doesn't return anything and he doesn't show how it works. The funtion is change_res(width, height) and I think it should be called in the while loop for frame_resized . import cv2 as cv def rescale_frame(frame, scale): # works for image, video, live video width = int(frame.shape[1] * scale) height = int(frame.shape[0] * scale) dimensions = (width, height) return cv.resize(frame, dimensions, interpolation=cv.INTER_AREA) def change_res(width, height): # works only for live video capture.set(3, width) captu

I'm new to python and openCV and am currently learning how to use openCV with a video tutorial on youtube. [this video] (very popular) I'm stuck with an error message which I don't know how to solve and would be happy for any help to solve the problem. This is my program I want to run: import cv2 as cv capture = cv.VideoCapture('Video.mp4') while True: isTrue, frame = capture.read() cv.imshow('Video', frame) if cv.waitKey(20) & 0xFF == ord('d'): break capture.release() cv.destroyAllWindows() When I try to run the programm the following error occurs: cv.imshow('Video', frame) cv2.error: OpenCV(4.5.3) C:\Users\runneradmin\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-req-build-u4kjpz2z\opencv\modules\imgproc\src\color.cp
