If you are new to Android programming, then I highly recommend following these tutorials [this video] New Boston channel has over 200 tutorials which are all quite detailed and very well explained. Don't have to do them all, but at least the first 50-100 I would say to get a good grasp of the basics. Then once you understand the basics, then you will begin to know what to search for when developing the type of app you are trying to create.

Im pretty sure there is no "Framework" for the android SDK, no wait the SDK is a java framework. Suggest you look at some java tutorials to get the basic syntax then have a look at the tutorials on youtube, theres a guy called bucky from the new boston that basicly implements every possible feature of the SDK into 200 episodes [this video]

i don't really get what u'r trying to say but from what i understood u need a list when clicked it goes to another page with title the text on item of the list clicked in that case u would want to create a listener on the list and on the click event u set a new intent where u put the name of the item clicked i would recommend for you to learn step by step frop this chain of video tutorials: [this video]

While there are options like the Android NDK [LINK] that let you implement non-Java code, I would highly recommend that you attempt to learn Java. Almost every single tutorial you find will be in Java, and as a beginner you will be lost without it. If you'd like to get a grasp at designing for Android, check out the Design Guide [LINK] If you'd like to start with Android Wear [LINK] , check out their separate design guide [LINK] This [this video] is very dated (2011) at this point, but it is the same series that got me on my feet when I started. This series starts with setting up the sdk, and talks to viewers as if they are just learning Java.

well, no problem mate. Keep in mind that you **will** have to make an effort to complete this task. I've started learning Android by watching these tutorials [this video] on youtube, but 30-40 videos will suffice, after that you can start googling your particular problems and finding solutions for them.
