Finally found a video how to do that: How to Set Up JavaFX to work in Eclipse 2020 version [this video] That guy is a superhero. A couple of points: when you download and unzip the latest JavaFX SDK for Windows release from [LINK] , copy the location of that folder on your hard drive, you will need it to set up the path to the lib folder inside that package. Here is the code which you will need to paste for the path: --module-path "your path to \javafx-sdk-15.0.1\lib" --add-modules javafx.controls,javafx.fxml As of 03/11/2020 solution works with Eclipse Version: 2020-09 (4.17.0) Build id: 20200910-1200 and javafx-sdk-15.0.1

I am using Eclipse IDE 2020-03 version with Java. I am trying to use FXML, checked some tutorials and steps online and followed them. But I am still getting the following error: Error occurred during initialization of boot layer java.lang.module.FindException: Module javafx.controls not found I googled for help. There are a lot of people having the same issue and were able to resolve this issue. But all I've seen is they are using either NetBeans IDE or IntelliJ. Does anybody have solution for Eclipse? Any help would be appreciated. I followed this tutorial -> [this video] . Here is what I currently have: e(fx)clipse 3.6.0 installed from Market Place [LINK] "Java Build Path" contains libraries (I

I am trying to learn JavaFX in eclipse, and I have installed it correctly. Since I do not want to code much layout since it is time consuming, I figured out that there is a way to model the GUI and that is FXML. However, when I tried to code my FXML, it has resulted in an error. For reference pictures: [LINK] [LINK] I have these files: Main package application; import java.io.FileInputStream; import java.io.IOException; import javafx.application.Application; import javafx.fxml.FXMLLoader; import javafx.scene.Scene; import javafx.scene.layout.AnchorPane; import javafx.stage.Stage; public class Main extends Application{ public static void main(String[] args) { launch(args); } @Override public

I followed steps by steps mentioned on [this video] So, including: E(fx)CLIPSE Plugin Installation, Creating a new JavaFX Project, Downloading and cofiguring JavaFX, Creating User Library, Adding JavaFX to Eclipse, Configuring Build Path and Arguments But I still got Error: JavaFX runtime components are missing, and are required to run this application. My OS is Mac and jdk version is 12. I don't know what's wrong with that.

Today I started having a look into JavaFX using this tutorial [this video] . At first everything worked fine, however when I tried launching the project, there was some error which had to do with the project not being able to find javafx.controls. As I accidently created the module-info.java in the beginning which was not done in the tutorial, I thought this might be the issue and deleted the project in order to create a new one. However, after doing this, I can't even get the project into an executable state, no matter if I create module-info.java or not. I saved the JavaFX files in a separate location, so that it wasn't deleted when deleting the project. Hence, it is still available through the
