Shortly after Darth Vader killed many Jedi at the temple, Sidious goes there to speak with Vader. The security recordings from within the Jedi Temple show him there. (Not sure why the Jedi need security recordings inside their own temple.) Darth Sidious really didn't need to go to the temple just to speak with Vader. He could have summoned Vader back to his office or met him elsewhere. Did he have any other purpose for going there?

When Obi-Wan and Yoda return to the Jedi Temple, they discover that many Jedi knights, padawans and younglings were killed. Obi-Wan records a warning message for all Jedi to stay away from the temple. He then goes through the security recordings to discover why some padawans and younglings were killed with a lightsaber blade. Here is the script for that scene: 185 INT. CORUSCANT-JEDI TEMPLE-CONTROL CENTER-NIGHT OBI-WAN enters the Main Control Center with YODA and heads for the hologram area. OBI-WAN: Wait, Master. There is something I must know . . . YODA: If into the security recordings you go, only pain will you find. OBI-WAN: I must know the truth, Master. OBI-WAN moves to a panel and fli

After Order 66, Yoda and Obi-Wan returned to Jedi Temple and found it occupied by Clones. They do not try to sneak in, instead they openly attack and kill number of Clones. After that, they relatively leisurely investigate the scene, search for clues, re-calibrate message for remaining Jedi, watch holo-recordings etc .. Since we know that Clone troopers do have communication equipment, it would be safe to assume they warned others that two Jedi are in the Temple (and they probably recognized Grand Master of the Order) and called for reinforcements. As no new Clones appear while Yoda and Obi-Wan stroll in the Temple, is it safe to assume that two Jedi temporarily captured whole Temple (or at

There is no conclusive answer, but Obi-Wan did tell Padme about the "terrible things" and that Vader had turned to the Dark Side and killed younglings. How did Obi-Wan know that? Well, he watched holo-recordings from the Temple, including Anakin kneeling before Palpatine and Palpatine calling him Lord Vader. Did Obi-Wan mention Anakin's new name to Padme? This is unknown, but possible.

Because Vader was a well-known individual in the Empire. Vader quickly became a highly visible symbol of the Empire, serving as Palpatine’s fearsome enforcer. He hunted down fugitive Jedi who had escaped Order 66, as well as ferreting out enemies both within and without. Darth Vader - Databank [LINK] (emphasis mine) And if you are wondering how Kenobi knew Darth Vader was Anakin Skywalker, he saw it in the temple hologram. OBI-WAN moves to a panel and flips some switches. He sees a HOLOGRAM of ANAKIN slaughtering JEDI, including the YOUNG ONES. OBI-WAN and YODA react. OBI-WAN: (continuing) It can't be . . . It can't be . . . As ANAKIN surveys the carnage, a DARK-ROBED SITH LORD enters. ANAKI
