What it is
A 25-minute walkthrough by dosdude1 showing how to install macOS 10.15 Catalina on a Mac Apple no longer supports. It uses his own macOS Catalina Patcher app to download the installer, build a bootable USB drive and run the install, and it links a separate guide for disabling the AMD GPU on 2011 MacBook Pros.

Download the latest version of the Catalina patch here [LINK] . Open the Catalina Patcher app. Click Continue. Choose Download a Copy. The download (of Catalina) will start - since it's almost 8GB it is likely to take a while. Plug in a flash drive. Choose 'Create a bootable installer' from the options. Plug the bootable installer into the Mac you wish to update. Restart the Mac while holding the Option/Alt key. This will cause the Mac open in Startup Manager. Choose the bootable installer drive and Enter. Now your Mac should open in Recovery. Choose Reinstall macOS and wait for the new version of macOS to install. After the installation has completed, you should restart the Mac in Recovery

To add to Allan's answer, since you are just wanting to create an USB Installer, watch the Tutorial Video starting at about the 6 minute mark. [this video]

You probably should have stated you have installed Catalina on an unsupported Mac. (Or maybe a PC instead of a Mac?) I make this assumption based on the image you have posted. This image appears to be the same (except for the language) as this image [LINK] , which taken from the video [this video] referenced in dosdude1's website macOS Catalina Patcher [LINK] .
