Why Blender Stack Exchange recommends it

Blender Stack Exchange users cite it as the base setup for their conveyor belt projects, then ask questions when rigid bodies misbehave, the belt needs a slope, or the animation has to be exported.

What it is

A roughly 13-minute Blender 2.8 tutorial from the Pulse of Polaris channel showing how to build a dynamic conveyor belt that carries rigid body objects. It also covers adding a simple cloth simulation to enhance the belt.

I'm new to Blender (2.92) and was following this conveyor belt animation tutorial [this video] . I decided to use a heart-shaped model as the object that would move along the conveyor belt. When I added the rigid body physics property and pressed play, the heart would "fly" away to a completely different direction or would rotate profusely and would eventually fall down into nowhere. Basically, when I press play, the heart does everything but go down, land on the conveyor belt, and move along with it. I tested the rigid body physics property on a regular cube and it worked—meaning that the cube would land on the conveyor belt and move along with it. But for some reason, I always have a problem wh

I modeled and animated conveyor just like in this tutorial. But I don't know how to export it. I would be glad if you help. Thanks. [this video]

[LINK] Blender Version 3.2.0 (3.2.0 2022-06-08) I have created a conveyor belt for a piece of complex machinery that I am animating. I am using this tutorial as my base concept [this video] . It is partially working as my object rides across the conveyor belt OK, but I am having 2 issues. My conveyor belt is straight for a few meters and then slightly angles upward and then straightens back out again. My object will ride on top of the belt until it reaches the angle at which point it just continues through the belt rather than slanting upward with the surface of the belt. Once my object reaches the end of the belt it just continues to go straight as if gravity doesn't exist rather than falling of
