I'd advise you to follow these videos. His video tutorials on Blender are awesome and easy to follow, and he can explain this better than I can probably. He has a tutorial for pretty much every basic Blender action, so check out his videos (No promotion intended, but his videos are great) [this video]

@Funshine your last comment had a question which is probably best answered in a video tutorial series. Here is one example of a series [this video]

In your images above I think I see the same jaw twice. That does not seem reasonable to me but I am not a surgeon. It seems correct placement would require the cranium visually to be present to obtain a context for correct placement. A screen image from you showing more cranium would help. I think your questions are not difficult and you or your workmates may need to see a tutorial series about blender Link [this video]

Blender has many modes for meshes. Edit mode will move vertices. Object mode will move the entire object. Hit keyboard tab and select Edit. You are now in edit mode for mesh. Edit vertices. Select vertices by clicking and shift clicking and move them with mouse by pressing the letter g, hit Enter to finish. Vertex snapping can occur here. When you are finished tap keyboard tab and select Object mode. All of what I wrote above is best explained in a video tutorial. Blender may have some compatibility keystrokes with Maya. I suggest you watch a video tutorial series . Here is one [this video] []. This site is not focused on tutorials. Please take the time to clarify your statement. I find your problem statement unclear. Others may find it clear. I do not currently operate on a Mac. The [delete] object also on the menu bar. You might consider temporarily borrowing or buying an economical mouse if your mouse does not operate as expected. You stated [click] and then stated [don't use mouse], so I find that difficult to understand.

To reach your goals in a efficient time I suggest to not only watch videos. Find yourself someone who would be willing to to teach you blender too. If you work actively with someone its much more enjoyable and you have someone to ask questions if needed. Here is a Blender 2.7* Playlist [this video]

If you are quite new to Blender consider a comprehensive tutorial series. It will be an efficient use of your time. Here is one ..... [this video] . You will have more questions after that education than you do now.

It would be useful to include a Blender screen capture of you work, success or failure, or images of approximations of what you want to achieve. Blender is visual, include some visuals. Guessing what you want is inefficient. Please show the reader what you want. IMHO IIHO it would help the clarity of your question and display more effort. If you need a tutorial series , here is one .......... [this video]

Displacement Modifier [LINK] The displacement modifier modifies the displacement based on texture. The texture has the name Displace400. The texture panel shows some of the settings for Displace400 which is of type Musgrave. The plane has a simple UV Map and has a visible texture of a water pitcher. Inspect the image above. Click to see larger image. Once you achieve the general look you want, the Displace400 Setting can me animated. [LINK] To keep the edges flat Weight Paint mode is used to create a vertex group with the names specified in the Displace Modifier. Blue will create zero displacement and red will create maximum displacement. The vertex group name created is MidGroup. You can se

Blender uses Python as a text scripting language. Blender has a constraint system and physics systems. It has add-on visual programming tools. You may need a tutorial series. Here is one ......... [this video]
