It looks like a weight paint issue, like if every bone controls all the finger. Check this quick tutorial (youtube) [this video] to see how weight painting works and try to fix it by yourself.

epsilonn, I have seen the rig and the object and it really doesn't look good. It is very common and happens to a lot of people. If you are going with joining one part which is a separate object with the rig, it is not supposed to happen. If you don't understand, imagine the front is one object and the back arm is one object and both are connected to the same thing. This provides fewer problems but is kinda tiresome. If you have done this, this shouldn't happen. But if you went with the common method of making the whole body as 1 object and using automatic weights to parent it, then this problem occurs. Luckily, it is easy to fix. I will share the link to the youtube video. It's below. [LINK]

If your geometry isn't keeping up with your bones, you may need to adjust and strengthen your weight paints. Heres a simple video that should teach you the basics of it. [this video]

I believe that the root of your issue is in the weight painting. Using automatic weights as a base is fine. However, this results in some vertecies being bound to unrelated bones, causing the issue. You will need to edit these weights. You can do this either in edit mode using the vertex groups: [LINK] , or in weight paint mode, you can follow this tutorial if you need help with that : [this video] I hope that you find this helpful.

This is because you did not weight painting the pants yet , That's why the thigh is overlapping the pants because the pants area does not assigned with the thigh bone, so it does not follow along with the thigh bone. You need to weight painting the pants so the pants will follow along with the thigh. IF you do not understand what is Weight Painting maybe you can check this tutorial. [this video] [LINK] And also the main problem is the topology of the character is messed up, with lots of triangles and NGONs. You will get lots of problems when animating. You need to clean the topology or retopology before you can animate it. You cannot animate this character with this kind of that topology. With th
